We are currently hiring for the following positions:

This role is responsible for the maintenance of commercial facilities from simple drywall patch to MEP projects.

The Construction Maintenance Supervisor. will be responsible to perform scheduled maintenance/emergency calls and construction projects at various locations across the Denver Metro area. The ideal candidate will have a “Whatever it Takes” attitude, be a jack of all trades, and be great with building and maintaining client relationships and a troubleshooting mindset.

This position is responsible for overseeing scheduled maintenance at various properties, general maintenance repairs, preventative maintenance and construction/rehabilitation projects for various sites. There is also the possibility of emergency maintenance calls that the individual would need to be available for, should they come up.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Help develop and carry out maintenance plans for commercial properties
  • Troubleshoot all maintenance issues
  • HVAC Troubleshoot, plumbing Troubleshoot etc.
  • Respond to maintenance emergencies
  • Identify and correct hazardous property conditions
  • Perform any additional preventative maintenance necessary on equipment and units
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical!
  • Troubleshooting issues
  • Doors and windows install and repairs
  • Carpentry and framing skills
  • Drywall and painting skills
  • Welding
  • Flooring install. LVP, glue down carpet, padded carpet, tile, etc.
  • Roofing repairs including but not limited to flat roofs, asphalt shingle, coatings, built-up, etc.
  • Must be able to figure out and troubleshoot the service calls
  • Strong scheduling and vendor management skills
  • Must be able to apply common sense and understanding to carry out instructions and plans
  • Will interact regularly with vendors, contractors, employees, clients and, therefore, must possess excellent interpersonal skills
  • Must have basic knowledge of OSHA Requirements and Local, City and State Ordinances
  • Must supply their own hand tools

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepares multiple estimates at a time.
  • Daily communication with sales team to gather project information, review plans or scopes of work updating specifications, identifying and projecting cost to ensure estimates are complete in scope and price.
  • Prepares construction budget that directly correlate with the estimates.
  • Support Project Managers in the Resolution of cost discrepancies preparing and reviewing budgets prior to bid and contracting of project.
  • Prequalify subs and collect bids as needed
  • Prepares daily estimating schedule and completed estimates log.
  • Maintains quality service to our sales force through constant communication and proactive problem-solving. Team player mentality is a must for success in this role.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong Construction Estimating for Commercial projects.
  • Bluebeam is a plus!
  • 5+ years experience in Construction Estimating
  • Must have strong construction knowledge
  • Must have management skills
  • Must be able to write and establish budgets
  • Must understand job-costing
  • Strong knowledge of local code and construction methods
  • Scheduling knowledge
  • Familiar with insurance regulations and qualifications
  • Must possess strong computer skills; must be highly proficient Word, Excel & Outlook
  • Must be able to handle a large volume of projects in a timely manner
  • Flexible schedule; some nights and weekend will be required

  • Responsible for all preconstruction functions including design review, schedules, logistics, procurement, etc.
  • Evaluates and maintains historical cost databases in our particular markets.
    Prepare and review cost proposals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with owners, subcontractors, vendors, internal clients and other key stakeholders, representing Global on the job site, in the community, and at industry events.

QUALIFICATIONS

Strong background in construction estimating for commercial projects.
Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Architecture or Engineering.
5+ years of related experience.

  • Manage the project schedule and update as needed
  • Monitor the performance, progress, and quality of the projects
  • Conduct all meetings- subcontractor, owner, etc.
  • Manage critical path activities
  • Process all Change Orders
  • Coordinate and submit all required sign-offs and program documents

7-10 years of commercial construction experience, with a focus on Tenant Improvements.
