ARIZONA GENERAL CONTRACTOR – ROC330554
Pursuant to section 32-4302, Arizona Revised Statutes, a person shall be granted an occupational or professional license or certificate if the person has been licensed or certified in another state for at least twelve months, the license or certificate is in the same discipline and at the same practice level as the license or certificate for which the person is applying in this state and the person meets other conditions prescribed by section 32-4302, Arizona Revised Statutes.

CITY OF AURORA, CO COMMERCIAL BUILDING CONTRACTOR
To work in the city of Aurora as a contractor, you will need to obtain the appropriate license to build, construct, alter, repair, add to, demolish or move any building or structure.

CITY OF BRIGHTON, CO CLASS A GENERAL CONTRACTOR
Class A License holder shall be authorized to construct, alter, repair, or demolish any building or structure.

CITY OF CENTENNIAL, CO CLASS B GENERAL CONTRACTOR
Class B License is the Licensee to contract for the building, construction, alteration, addition, remodel, demolition and wrecking of buildings, structures and portions thereof of types III, IV and V construction in occupancy groups A, B, M, R, S and U.

DOUGLAS COUNTY, CO CLASS B GENERAL CONTRACTOR
This license shall entitle the holder to contract for the construction, alteration, or repair of multi-family (3 or more units) structures as permitted by the International Building Code or the International Residential Code.

GREENWOOD VILLAGE, CO CLASS B GENERAL CONTRACTOR
A contractor’s license shall entitle the holder thereof to engage in business as a contractor within the Village and to contract for the building, construction, alteration or repairing of any type or size of structure, regardless of the value thereof.

LAKEWOOD, CO COMMERCIAL & RESIDENTIAL CONTRACTOR
A contractor’s license shall entitle the holder thereof to engage in business as a contractor within Lakewood and to contract for the building, construction, alteration or repairing of any type or size of structure, regardless of the value thereof.

FLORIDA GENERAL CONTRACTOR
Any contractor who possesses a certificate of competency issued by the Florida Construction Industry Licensing Board and who shall be allowed to contract in any jurisdiction in the state without being required to fulfill the competency requirements of that jurisdiction.

KANSAS GENERAL CONTRACTOR
The Class “A” License entitles the company to construct, remodel, repair, and demolish any structure. A Class “A” licensed company or the company’s full-time employees may perform framing, roofing, swimming pool construction, non-structural remodeling, tenant finish, or repairs of all structures, regardless of occupancy or height.

WASHINGTON GENERAL CONTRACTOR
The Class “A” License entitles the company to construct, remodel, repair, and demolish any structure. A Class “A” licensed company or the company’s full-time employees may perform framing, roofing, swimming pool construction, non-structural remodeling, tenant finish, or repairs of all structures, regardless of occupancy or height.

EPA LEAD SAFE CERTIFIED
The Lead Renovation, Repair and Painting (RRP) Rule establishes requirements for firms and individuals performing renovations, and affects contractors, property managers and others who disturb painted surfaces. It applies to work in houses, apartments and child-occupied facilities (such as schools and child care centers) built before 1978. It includes pre-renovation education requirements as well as training, firm certification and work practice requirements.
